If a renewal charged you and you contact us within 7 days without having received that period's first report, we'll refund that renewal.
Within the first 30 days of an annual purchase you may cancel for a full refund. After 30 days, annual plans follow the standard cancellation policy (no partial refunds, service continues to period end).
